Fire Suppression systems are to be serviced every SIX months, to ensure that your system is fully functional and operational, for any need at any time! What to expect during a Semi-Annual Service: - All equipment underneath the hood HAS to be turned completely off and cooled down for a technician to reach up inside, over these appliances. - Length of service will typically be about an hour to two hours for completion. - Service may be completed prior to "normal business" hours, if someone is on-site. |

General Maintenance is performed at the time of each service semi-annually, to ensure that all parts are functioning properly to the system. At the time of service, the inspection is pass or fail. Meaning, that small parts get replaced annually to avoid malfunction of the system. Drops are laser-pointed to direct appliances and recorrected, if moved. Repairs: If the Hood Suppression system fails at time of service, repairs to the system must be made in order for the system to become fully functional again and up-to-code per local jurisdiction. This also includes any repair needing additional parts and/or material unique to a business's system! |

This meaning that every drop, pieces of the hood, and/or appliances underneath should NOT be moved without permission & permits from the Fire Department.
